They are a fantastic and reputable company which has won numerous prestigious awards and participated in charitable events such as the Canary Derby, a charity event which proceeds go to the BC Cancer Foundation.
Neverblue is an industry leader in the affiliate networking arena, and has recently grown in size and scope, allowing them to offer even more to their publishers. Their control panel is unparalleled, their customer service exquisite, and their offers bountiful and well-priced.

Neverblue boasts over 700 offers within 22 different categories ranging from Mortgage to Travel. Their offers are available in both CPL (Cost per Lead) and CPA (Cost-Per-Acquisition), with many high-paying campaigns. As of the writing of this review, their top 20 CPL campaigns pay an average of $25, with their top 3 averaging $35. In contrast, their top 20 CPA campaigns pay an average of $30, with their top 3 averaging $40. This is a very high average payout in the affiliate network industry.
They sport a custom-programmed control panel which is exceptional. It is extremely fast, functional, and easy to use. Their design is beautifully sleek and crisp, while obtaining all the positive qualities of usability and functionality at the same time. It is literally unparalleled and the best in the business.
Offers are extremely easy to find and sort, which is important with a selection of over 700 campaigns to choose from.
Their reporting and statistics area is top-notch as well. Publishers can save and organize reports, and even export reports in various formats such as CSV, TSV, or XLS. In addition, publishers have a wide selection of customization options available such as choosing which columns to display.
Signing up with Neverblue is painlessly easy and quick, requiring only the standard contact information to be filled out which takes around 5-minutes.
A nice perk with Neverblue is that they do not require any tax forms to be filled out such as a W9 or W8BEN form which is quite rare for an affiliate network. This may be because they are a Canadian company and follow different income tax rules.
Once registration details are submitted, a representative from Neverblue will look over the submission and contact the applicant, usually within 24-48 hours.
Neverblue pays on a Net-30 pay period, and their default payment method is via check. PayPal is available, but must be requested by contacting an affiliate representative.
Their minimum payment threshold is $25 which is extremely low, especially for an affiliate network. This makes Neverblue particularly useful for smaller publishers.
Neverblue is unique in that their referral program allows publishers to choose from either a flat $2 CPA or 2% commission for life.
Each method has its own separate referral URL, allowing publishers to entertain both offers if desired. Both methods have a wide selection of banner creative to choose from. In addition, the $2 CPA referral method can use SubID tracking. Unfortunately though, the 2% commission method does not, although it is in the works.
The referral reporting is done separately, and presents a fair bit of information including the exact revenue generated, number of affiliates referred, and a breakdown of individual affiliate income which is useful to know if actively promoting their referral program.
Neverblue has fanatical customer support which rivals other reputable affiliate networks with great support such as AzoogleAds.
Each publisher is appointed their own personal affiliate manager, a method which has proven to be an effective way to communicate, and they can be contacted through a direct phone number, e-mail, or fax.
When we sent a question to our affiliate manager as part of the research for this review, we received a response to our e-mail the same day, and the response was very helpful and written in a friendly and professional manner.
In addition, Neverblue has a simple, but surprisingly useful, quick contact form available in the Communications tab which is a simple form comprising of a subject and message field. The message is sent to the publisher’s affiliate manager, and the response is sent to the publisher’s primary email account.
In addition to their normal services, Neverblue offers four tools which are useful for the more experienced affiliate marketers:
- Ad Rotator - Allows publishers to create rotated ads by selecting any number of banners and running them through this tool. The tool is extremely well built and easy to use, and publishers can easily edit and manage their rotated ads. SubID’s can be used, and the rotated ad code can be exported as either IFRAME or Javascript.
- API Code - API code is available for programmers to integrate Neverblue statistics and data into custom/in-house systems.
- Postback URL - Allows Neverblue to communicate with a publisher’s server by sending a HTTP request for every conversion. The Postback URL is customizable with template variables so publishers can dynamically obtain Campaign ID, Site ID, or SubID’s.
- Global Tracking Code Placement - Allows publishers to put tracking images on conversion pages for most offers on Neverblue.
Neverblue is one of the leading affiliate networks, and is already poised to take the crown for best overall affiliate network.
Their custom-programmed control panel is exceptional, their offers are plentiful and well-priced, their reporting and statistics area is top-notch, and their customer support treats publishers like royalty.
